To Enter: Clip the Widescreen TV & Blue-ray Giveaway entry form inside The Daily News. Increase your chance to win by obtaining bonus entry forms. Bonus entry forms can be obtained by starting a new 6-day subscription to The Daily News (or renewing an existing 6-day home delivery subscription) between December 5th, 2011 and January 30, 2012. Please include a note requesting to be entered when mailing or emailing your subscription payment. Entries will be filled in, on your behalf, according to the Bonus schedule found below.
